This Privacy Policy describes how S.D. Infratech Pvt. Ltd. ("S.D. Infratech," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information through the SD Infratech mobile and web application (the "App").

1. Who this App is for

SD Infratech is an internal business application built exclusively for use by employees, site staff, and authorized personnel of S.D. Infratech Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliated entities (SD Infrastructure, Avi Infra). It is not available to the general public and is not intended for use by children. Access is granted only through credentials issued directly by the company.

2. Information we collect

Depending on your role, the App may collect and store the following categories of information about employees and site operations:

Identity information: Name, Employee ID, mobile number, date of birth, designation/role.
Government-issued identifiers: Aadhaar number, PAN number, and similar compliance identifiers, collected where required for HR and statutory compliance purposes.
Employment records: Designation, department, site assignment, compliance documents (e.g., ID proofs, certifications), and related HR documents.
Login credentials: Employee ID and a 4-digit PIN (auto-generated from part of your registered mobile number) used solely to authenticate you within the App.
Operational data: Site, asset, equipment, and construction-progress records (e.g., pile records, machine logs, fuel and maintenance logs) entered by employees as part of daily work.
Uploaded documents and photographs: Files uploaded by employees or administrators in connection with HR records, assets, or site documentation.

We do not collect this information from the general public, and the App does not knowingly collect information from anyone outside our workforce.

3. Device permissions the App may request

To support day-to-day site and operations work, the App may request the following device permissions:

Camera: Used to capture photographs directly within the App — for example, photo evidence attached to diesel receipt/issue entries, asset documentation, or site records. Photos taken are uploaded and stored via Tigris object storage as described in Section 5, "How information is stored and secured"; they are not used for any purpose beyond the specific record they're attached to.
Photo gallery/storage access: Used as an alternative to the camera, allowing you to attach an existing photo from your device to a record instead of capturing a new one.
Location: Used, where enabled for a given role or feature, to help confirm or record the site associated with an entry (for example, tagging a site visit or verifying you are logging data from an assigned site). Location is not tracked continuously or used to monitor employee movement outside of the specific feature requesting it, and is not shared outside the company.

You can control these permissions through your device's App Settings. Declining a permission may limit specific features (e.g., photo capture) but will not prevent you from using the rest of the App.

4. How we use this information

Information collected through the App is used solely for legitimate internal business purposes, including:

Managing employee records and statutory HR compliance
Assigning and tracking equipment, vehicles, and site resources
Recording and monitoring construction site progress and operations
Managing payments, procurement, and client-facing commercial documents (for authorized roles)
Administering login access and enforcing role-based permissions within the company

We do not use this information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to internal company operations.

5. How information is stored and secured

Data is stored in a secured, access-controlled application database.
Uploaded documents and photographs are stored using Tigris object storage, a secure cloud storage service.
Access to information within the App is restricted by a role-based permission system — each employee can only view or edit the specific data their role is authorized to access.
Login is protected by an Employee ID and a PIN unique to each employee.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent, or share employee or operational data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

With the infrastructure and hosting providers that operate the App and its storage (e.g., our application hosting provider and Tigris), solely to provide the service
Where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
With company personnel who are authorized, based on their role, to access specific data within the App

7. Data retention

Data is retained for as long as it is needed for the employment relationship, statutory compliance, and internal record-keeping purposes, or as required by applicable law. Company administrators may deactivate or remove records in accordance with internal data governance practices.

8. Your rights

Employees may contact the company (details below) to request access to, correction of, or clarification about personal information held about them in the App, subject to the company's internal HR and data governance policies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
